We have taken precautions to keep all data safe and started the auditing process. HIPPA compliance is an ongoing series of procedures to keep data safe. Audits reflect compliance for that specific time period (i.e. of the audit itself) but we are adopting a new solution that will automatically record a lot of these procedures so the audit can be ongoing.
